What’s Happening at Everest Place?
Development Size: 224 Acres / 1 Billion Development
The project site has 224 acres of raw land which will be developed into 956 hotel rooms, 922 condos, 900 rental apartments, 18 acres of land for retail space, and 6 acres for a recreational water park in Orlando’s Tourist District. Overall the development of the project is expected to exceed 1 Billion Dollars.
Everest Place is conveniently located at the intersection of US Route 192 highway and State Road which is less than a 10-minute drive to all the Disney theme parks and resorts. Phase 1 of the project will include multiple Hotels, 360 Apartments, Full-service Restaurants, and a Medical Center. The project also includes a large outdoor waterpark and special event center. A 20-acre man-made lake will serve as stormwater retention, and a pedestrian promenade will hug the lakeshore, linking all of the hotels and condos to the
town center.
