Located near Orlando, Florida, Lake Nona has plenty of job opportunities in the Medical City and Sports District. It’s a top-selling family-friendly community that continues to grow year after year. People love it because it has highly rated school districts and easy access to entertainment and shopping.

Moving to Orlando can seem overwhelming, but let me make it a little easier for you. If you’d like to be part of a cultured and collaborative community, I’d suggest looking into Lake Nona. Here are the top 11 places to live in this beautiful location:

NEW OR NEWER CONSTRUCTION

  1. Laureate Park

In Laureate Park, you can find townhomes and single-family homes. There are also bungalows, multi-story homes, and they all sit by beautiful community gardens. Residents can enjoy the resort-style aquatic center nearby, exercise at the fitness center, and visit the playground and trails throughout the neighborhood.

You can find a home at pretty much any price point here. They start at the high $300s and go to over $1 million. Whatever your budget, you can enjoy life at scenic Laureate Park.

  1. Isles of Lake Nona

It’s a large neighborhood, sitting on 500 acres in the northernmost part of Lake Nona. Northlake Point is family-friendly and dog-friendly, with a good school district and an off-leash dog park.

Northlake Park has some athletic amenities as well, featuring a YMCA, an Olympic-size swimming pool, and a sports court and fields. You won’t run out of things to do in Northlake Park.
